Step 2 - Shipping your laptop

Follow the instructions provided in your returns kit. You can either arrange a pick up straight from your door, or drop off your laptop at your nearest UPS depot.

Step 3 - Collecting your cash

Once we receive your laptop, we will test it, review your previous claim and match it’s condition. We will then deposit cash via check or Pay-pal.
