Collections arranged after 1pm will be collected on the following day. We immediately email you collection confirmation and tracking number details. All you need do is put the laptop for repair, mains adapter / power lead (and recovery discs if possible), safely in a box (use a laptop bag only if no box available). Repair collections can be from your office or home, someone will need to be present, and if preferred collections may be requested within a 4hr window ie 1pm – 5pm.
